Eligibility Services Officer (m/f/x)

For one of our clients, a prestigious international financial institution based in Kirchberg, we are seeking an Eligibility Services Officer. Joining a strategic unit, you will work in a multicultural and high-level environment, ensuring the compliance and integrity of EU-funded financial instruments.

Your Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of the Eligibility Unit, your role focuses on two main pillars:

• Compliance & Monitoring: You will execute desk-based eligibility monitoring activities, ensuring that all operations align with specific EU regulatory frameworks and contractual criteria.

• Reporting & Stakeholder Management: You will prepare comprehensive monitoring reports and technical documentation while liaising effectively with financial intermediaries and external stakeholders.

Your ProfileTechnical Skills (Hard Skills)

• Education: University degree (Master’s level) in Economics, Law, Finance, or Business Administration.

• Experience: Approximately 5 years of relevant experience, ideally gained within audit, compliance monitoring, or financial advisory.

• Expertise: Strong understanding of EU financial instruments (SMEs focus), guarantee schemes, and risk-sharing mechanisms. Knowledge of State Aid regulations and ESG policies is a distinct advantage.

• Languages: Full professional fluency in English. Knowledge of other European languages is considered an asset.

• Tools: Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools, with a proven ability to interpret complex legal and contractual documentation.
