We are currently looking for a:

 

Customer Service Administrator

(English and German Speaker)

 

Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract (CDD) 6 months, with a variable extension option

 

Location: Luxembourg

 

Job Description:

Our client is a dynamic and global cross-border business offering innovative financial solutions tailored for international trade. With a focus on empowering importers, exporters, marketplace sellers, and retailers, our client provides a hassle-free payment platform designed for seamless trading in multiple currencies.

 

Role Overview:

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customers receive exceptional service and support. You will be part of a global team that celebrates diversity, shares best practices, and collaborates closely to provide outstanding service to clients.

 

Responsibilities:

 

- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to provide swift and relevant assistance via phone, live chat, or email.

- Communicate articulately and intelligently to gain insight into the customer experience.

- Collaborate with teams across different locations to deliver excellent and speedy service.

- Reflect the customer voice back to the business, keeping records updated and highlighting issues for urgent resolution.

- Engage in daily technical tasks related to financial services, ensuring attention to detail and continuous learning.

 

Candidate Profile:

- Client relationship, account management, or customer service focus with a proven record of sustaining business growth.

- Analytical skills to analyze customer data and enhance customer experience.

- Ability to conduct product demonstrations for customers.

- Financial/payment services experience is preferred.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- High collaboration and team-oriented ethic.

- Strong numerical and analytical skills.

- Professional proficiency in German and English (French, Mandarin, or additional languages preferred).

- Positive outlook on life with a fun-seeking attitude.

 

Requirements:

- Work from office at least 3 days per week.

- Flexibility to occasionally work outside regular hours for team forums connecting across different time zones (no more than 1-2 times a month).
