Job Description:
For one of our clients, we are seeking an Atlassian Solutions Expert to assist in implementing and automating a service desk solution using Atlassian tools. You will work primarily with Jira Service Management (JSM) and Confluence to enhance support processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and manage a service desk system using Atlassian tools (JSM, Confluence).
Automate service desk processes to improve efficiency.
Provide user support and follow up on service desk tickets.
Document workflows and procedures related to Atlassian solutions.
Candidate Profile:
Expertise in Atlassian solutions (JSM, Confluence).
Experience in service desk implementation and automation.
Strong technical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
