We are currently looking for a:
Air Freight Export Officer
For one of our clients, we are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join their Airfreight Export department in Luxembourg.

Key Responsibilities:
· Manage inbound and outbound shipments efficiently.
· Ensure proper routing to designated destinations.
· Oversee shipment disposition and related processes.
· Prepare essential shipping documents such as HAWB, MAWB, and CMR.
· Handle customs clearance and associated documentation.
· Maintain communication with clients and internal business units.
· Select and negotiate with carriers and road feeder service providers.
· Manage invoicing and administrative tasks.
· Track shipments and handle claims where necessary.
· Provide exceptional customer service.
Note: This is a dynamic role with a variety of tasks beyond the above list.
Candidate Profile:
· Educational background in logistics or freight forwarding.
· Prior experience in airfreight operations is a strong advantage.
· Proficiency in spoken and written English (additional languages are a plus).
· Good knowledge of MS Office tools.
· Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative mindset.
· Flexibility to work during weekends, early mornings, or late shifts.
· Organized, motivated, and adaptable, with a proactive attitude.
