AO Java Back End
Mission:
In an Agile/DevOps-centric environment, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying applications/systems. Key activities include:
- Independently implementing user stories from your team based on business requirements and technical specifications, adhering to performance, availability, and security standards.
- Managing applications using Agile development practices.
- Collaborating with Architects on software design.
- Writing and executing various tests (unit, functional/non-functional, integration), and automating them where possible.
- Enhancing the Azure DevOps pipeline.
- Conducting incident resolution and root cause analysis in cooperation with Ops Engineers.
- Overseeing the life cycle of applications related to the domain activity.
- Creating consumable documentation for sustainable knowledge management.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Java, SpringBoot, SpringBatch, SQL, and Rest APIs.
- Experience with Document Management Systems and Jasper Reports is a plus.
- Knowledge of IT security practices (SSL/TLS, certificate management, password vault, encryption).
- Familiarity with IDEs like IntelliJ and VSCode.
- Proficient with Oracle databases; experience with Neo4J, Cassandra, and DB2 is advantageous.
- Comfortable with Linux (primary) and Windows operating systems.
- Experience with source code and dependency management using Git, Maven, and Azure DevOps.
- Skills in ElasticSearch/Kibana are a beneficial asset.
- Experience with Continuous Delivery Pipelines, particularly Azure DevOps.
