Administrative Assistant and Office Management Support
Duration: 3 months (until the end of the year)
Location: Esch-sur-Alzette, Luxembourg
Job Description:
For one of our clients, we are seeking an Administrative Assistant and Office Management Support to help with daily administrative tasks and provide support to the Office Manager and Executive Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the organization of meetings and events (catering, preparing meeting rooms, booking external venues).
Greet guests, manage the reception desk, handle phone calls, and manage mail and parcels.
Oversee the ordering of office supplies (furniture, food items, office tools).
Manage access badges, visitor logs, and phone call handling.
Assist with the daily maintenance and functionality of kitchen and office equipment.
Candidate Profile:
Previous experience in office management or administrative support.
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Self-driven with excellent teamwork and communication skills.
