Business Development & Marketing Manager
Qurtech is an established company in the UV curing equipment and installation
business, with over 20 years of industry experience and expertise.
Over the past 5–6 years, we have been developing real-time monitoring software for
UV curing installations and are now preparing to launch a propriatery AI-powered
tech-service agent in Q4 2026.
In parallel, we are developing an exciting products and ecosystem, planned for end
of 2026.
This represents a significant growth opportunity for Qurtech, and we are looking for
an: AI Agentic / SaaS Business Development & Marketing Manager
An entrepreneurial and commercially driven professional who can help bring our
new platform to market, build strategic partnerships, generate new business
opportunities, and translate our technical capabilities into compelling solutions for
customers.
- 2-3 years of experience,
- B2B SaaS / software / Agentic AI / automation experience
- Sufficient technical understanding to discuss APIs, integrations, workflows, LLMs/agents and automation — but not necessarily an engineer
- Proven business development and marketing
- Some experience selling to SMEs / founders / CEOs / CTOs
- Fluent English + French
- Italian or Spanish = strong bonus
- Comfortable doing outbound prospecting, demos, partnerships and events
- Entrepreneurial, energetic, autonomous personality
- Able to turn technical product capabilities into a business-value proposition
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where the product and market are still being shaped
