Your mission :
Administration Microsoft orienté cloud Microsoft :
o Azure (Entra ID - Azure AD, IaaS VMs, Storage Account Management, Conditionnal Access Policy, secrets and certificates mamangement, backup & Restore of Cloud Services).
o Microsoft 365 : Users Account management, Exchange Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Defender Security analysis, Backup & Restore of O365 assets.
o Déploiement (Intune/Endpoint Manager/ Patch My PC).
Your profile :
Exploitation & Support (RUN L2/L3)
o Traitement des incidents/req. avec ownership jusqu’à résolution (RCA, problem management).
o Astreintes possibles et gestion des changements (ITIL, CAB).
Administration Microsoft orienté cloud Microsoft :
o Azure (Entra ID - Azure AD, IaaS VMs, Storage Account Management, Conditionnal Access Policy, secrets and certificates mamangement, backup & Restore of Cloud Services).

Administration Microsoft On prem :
o Windows Server 2012–2025, Windows 10/11, AD DS, GPO, DNS/DHCP, ADFS/.
o Exchange on-prem / hybride / Online (mailflow, DAG, CU, transport rules).
o Connaissances Citrix CVAD (Delivery Groups, StoreFront, NetScaler/ADC) et/ou Omnissa Horizon view.
Automatisation & Qualité
o Connaissance scripting via PowerShell (modules AD/Exchange).
o Supervision & capacité (Event Logs analysis et troubleshooting).
o Rédaction SOP, Work instructions; amélioration continue.
