Your mission :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team and drive the strategy and execution of key ICT products and services.

Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the future of our ICT solutions, from concept and design to launch and scaling. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, marketing, sales, and executive leadership to ensure our products meet the needs of our enterprise customers and maintain our position as a leading innovator in the ICT market.

You contribute to the definition of the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product portfolio, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market opportunities. You develop a strong understanding of customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape; conduct customer interviews, analyze usage and performance data, and translate insights into actionable product plans.

You define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and continuously improve offerings based on data and customer feedback. You actively support the sales teams to drive product performance and market adoption. You clearly communicate product strategy, value propositions, and results to stakeholders across the organization, including executive leadership.

Your profile :

•5+ years of experience in Product Management, Project Manager/Coordinator or Solution/Sales Architecture within the ICT or technology sector;

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences;

• Strong technical understanding of ICT solutions, such as connectivity, networking, infrastructure, security, or digital services;

• Solid understanding of IT architectures and enterprise environments;

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, follow up on requests, and meet deadlines;

• Ability to deep dive into technical and business requirements when needed and challenge stakeholders constructively during product definition and evolution;

• Experience with enterprise ICT solutions, telecom services, or managed services is considered an asset;

• Strong interest in evolving technologies and innovation, with a willingness to continuously learn and develop new skills;

• Customer-oriented and results-driven mindset;

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project) and willingness to further develop these skills;

• Enjoy working cross-functionally and collaborating with different departments with a positive and solution-oriented mindset;

• Strong presentation skills, with the ability to inspire and lead discussions with internal and external stakeholders;

• Positive “can-do” attitude;

• Good understanding of the Luxembourg ICT market and its business environment.

Languages:

English is mandatory and French is a strong asset.

German and Luxembourgish are considered a plus.
