Head of PMO

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management Competency Leadership:

       Lead project and customer onboarding processes.

       Participate in customer proposals, demonstrating our commitment to excellence and customer-centric solutions.

PMO Evolution and Continuous Improvement:

       Drive the evolution of project management practices, focusing on scope management, planning, budget management, risk management, reporting, and dashboarding.

       Implement and improve PMO strategies in skills, technical domains, and tooling.

 HR Management of the Team:

       Lead and manage a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.

       Oversee project management functions and ensure effective team operations.

Customer Experience Management:

       Enhance customer experiences through strategic initiatives and innovative solutions.

       Ensure seamless communication and management of client relationships.

Profile :

  Project Management & Project Portfolio Management:

    Proven track record in managing large-scale projects and portfolios.

    Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.

    Experience in leading customer projects from inception to completion.

  HR and Team Management:

    Experience in leading and managing high-performing teams.

    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  PMO Experience:

    Deep expertise in PMO practices, including scope, planning, and budget management.

    Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on innovative solutions.

  Customer Experience Management (CXM):

    Demonstrated experience in managing and improving customer experiences.

    Ability to anticipate customer needs and exceed expectations.

  ITIL Knowledge and Experience:

    Comprehensive understanding of ITIL principles and practices.

  Contract and Third-Party Management:

    Strong experience in contract management, budget management, and negotiation.

    Ability to manage third-party relationships effectively.
