Job Content :

Overview:  As a Documentum Administrator, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing Documentum environments within an organization. Documentum is an enterprise content management platform used for storing, organizing, and managing documents and other content.

We are looking for a motivated person to join our Documentum administration team, working in Luxembourg City on a large-scale IT infrastructure. The mission includes the operational support of the platform and the response to customer incidents.

Objectives :

• Operate day-to-day the Documentum and Preservica platforms and implement of chages
• Handle incidents on the Documentum and Preservica platforms, including participation in a 24/7 oncall rotation
• Work to improve operational efficiency by providing automation and contribute to updating procedures

Profile :

Tech skills (must have) :

• 2 years of experience with EMC Documentum or another Enterprise Content Management software
• Experience working on JEE application servers (Weblogic/JBoss/Wildfly)
• Hands-on experience with Linux and SQL

Tech skills (nice to have) :

• Knowledge of Electronic Records Management solutions
• Experience writing Ansible jobs

Soft skills (must have) :

• Ability to work and communicate in a multi-cultural environment
• Service-oriented mind-set
• Ability to communicate in writing and verbally in a clear and concise manner
•  Initiative, accuracy and attention to detail
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential. Any other European language is a plus

Experience :

• Working experience in a medium to large IT environment is a plus
