- Our client is looking for a Senior Treasury Manager to manage interactions with European offices with a focus on Germany.

- Our client is a global real estate investor and asset manager.
Description
- Centralize EU treasury workstreams and EU investments including debt management, covenant reporting.
- Proactively support strategic priorities across term debt, development funding.
- Liaise with regional management across the EU to manage and report cash flows across the division.
- Gather and record running cash predictions, ensuring submissions are made on schedule.
- Act as a relationship manager for different stakeholders, internal and external.
- Provide quarterly reports and documentation such as loan documentation.
- Work closely with the Finance team to ensure processes run smoothly.
Profile
- 5-10 years experience in large international corporate treasury departments.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Experience in Real Estate is a plus.
- Exposure in dealing with the German market is a major plus.
- Solid direct experience with global cash management, debt management and bank relationships.
- Experience managing liquidity including cash pooling, working capital and loan facilities.
- Excellent task management, communication skills and ability to work with multi-functional and multi-national teams essential.
