Job Purpose


Under the Quality & Environment manager

Implement Procedures in accordance with Q&E standards

Actively participate in Q&E initiatives to achieve the objectives set by the group's strategy, including areas such as environmental waste management, training, and awareness programs

Participate in the audit and inspection processes, both internal and external, including those conducted by customers

Coordinate the activities of subcontractors, particularly focusing on environmental aspects


Your responsibilities will be


Quality Control / Quality Assurance


  • Create and update procedures and work instructions, guidelines to assure quality levels and improvements
  • Perform the internal non-conformities follow-up


Supplier Quality


  • Perform some Supplier Audits
  • Coordinate Supplier Evaluation
  • Register and follow up on internal non-conformities and customer/supplier complaints
  • Develop and carry out action plans, verify the implementation and effectiveness of action plans
  • Contact and coordination with customer/suppliers


System Quality


  • Create and update procedures and work instructions, guidelines to meet Customer and certification body requirements
  • Develop action plans to drive improvement, ensuring these are in line with the group requirements and standards
  • Perform some Internal Audits
  • Verify the implementation and effectiveness of Q& E Action Plans
  • Conduct root cause analysis
  • Prepare data for Management review
  • Manage ISO Documentation


Environment


  • Organize the waste list and manage selective sorting according to legal aspects
  • ­Ensure waste traceability
  • Prepare data for follow up and report on environmental aspects to the group and authorities
  • Follow up on the periodical control plan
  • Lead workshops to promote Q&E best practices among staff
  • Track energy consumptions and alert management in case of deviations
  • Conduct internal tests and controls on environment topics
  • Perform Weekly environmental inspection


Training and communication


  • Develop short training modules and conduct internal training sessions
  • Promote a positive Q&E culture across the organization


Budget


  • Monitor Purchase Orders, Good reception and Payment of Q&E suppliers

=> Miscellaneous:

  •  Serve as back-up of the Q&E Manager & designated worker
