(Senior) Risk Reporting Officer – Data Migration & Digitalisation (M/F/X)

Manpower is recruiting, on behalf of one of its institutional clients in Luxembourg, a (Senior) Risk Reporting Officer to support major migration and digitalisation initiatives within a high-level Risk Management environment.
This role is essential for the modernisation of risk reporting tools, data structures, and portfolio-monitoring processes.
Job Description:
As part of the Risk Reporting & Data Unit, you will contribute to the successful delivery of business-critical projects involving the migration of risk data, the automation of reporting tools, and the enhancement of data governance.
1. Project Delivery & Migration
Lead and support the migration of multiple risk-related databases to the Group Data Warehouse (GDWH).
Perform data validation, reconciliation and detailed documentation.
Coordinate IT migration tickets and follow up on issues with internal stakeholders.
Develop and maintain Business Objects (BO) and Power BI reports, including reconciliation dashboards and scenario uploads.
Support new IT approaches for risk reporting (development, governance, testing).
2. Data Quality & Exception Management
Design and implement workflows for exception handling within Data Quality processes.
Monitor data quality dashboards, track anomalies and drive corrective actions.
Upload and validate regulatory data inputs (ECAP, RAC EaR, ABS amortisation, etc.).
3. Metadata & Documentation
Oversee metadata upload and governance in IGC.
Draft, maintain, and review DG templates across multiple portfolios.
Document business rules, procedures, and technical terms for all migration projects.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration
Act as a liaison between the Risk Office, IT teams, and business lines.
Communicate project progress, risks, blockers, and milestones to relevant stakeholders, including senior management.
Candidate Profile:
Professional Experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience in investment funds, banking, asset management, financial audit, consultancy, or a regulatory institution.
Proven track record in data migration, digitalisation, or process automation within financial environments.
Strong understanding of risk frameworks (Risk Appetite Framework, Pillar III, securitisation/equity methodologies).
Advanced experience with MS Office, Business Objects, Power BI.
Technical Knowledge
Solid knowledge of BCBS 239 principles for risk data aggregation & reporting.
Familiarity with risk metrics (capital, leverage, liquidity) and portfolio monitoring.
Languages
Excellent command of English (written & spoken).
Knowledge of additional EU languages is an asset.
