Project Officer – Venture Capital (M/F/X)

Your missions:

• Support project management activities related to late-stage venture capital programmes
  
• Contribute to the development and launch of a pan-European scale-up initiative
  
• Coordinate interactions with external stakeholders (investors, institutions, policymakers)
  
• Liaise with internal teams and coordinate cross-functional activities
  
• Draft notes, presentations, and materials for governance bodies and external stakeholders
  
• Assist in the preparation of legal documentation and related discussions
  
• Monitor the deployment of ongoing initiatives and conduct market analysis
  
• Contribute to market intelligence and strategic analysis
  

Your profile:

• University degree (minimum Bachelor’s) in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Law, or a related field
  
• At least 3 years of experience in the financial sector and/or consulting, ideally in venture capital or private equity
  
• Previous experience in project management is an advantage
  
• Good knowledge of the European Union and its institutions is a plus
  
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint)
  
• Excellent command of English; any additional European language is an asset
  
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with various stakeholders
  
• Problem-solving mindset
  
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality
  
• Ability to quickly adapt and learn in a dynamic environment
