Operations Officer (M/F/X)

Your missions:

• Record incoming cash flows across various mandate portfolios using eFront and follow up on outstanding payments
  
• Create and update bank accounts and maintain accurate static data within internal systems
  
• Perform regular cash balance and deposit controls related to mandates
  
• Investigate discrepancies, conduct the necessary analyses, and escalate issues when required
  
• Work closely with Finance teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of bookings and reconciliations
  
• Provide operational support to team members during peak periods and holiday coverage
  
• Assist with the migration and organization of document filing systems
  
• Support internal controls and audit exercises by identifying and preparing the required documentation
  
• Maintain and update operational procedures and existing documentation
  
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and tools
  

Your profile:

• University degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field
  
• 3 to 6 years of experience in banking operations, payments, settlements, or financial back-office activities
  
• Good understanding of middle-office or back-office functions within a financial environment
  
• Strong proficiency with MS Office and information systems
  
• Knowledge of PowerApps, Alteryx, or Tableau would be considered an asset
  
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail when handling financial and operational data
  
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively
  
• Team-oriented mindset with flexibility and adaptability
  
• Proactive approach and strong problem-solving abilities
  
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; knowledge of additional European languages would be an advantage
