Operational Risk Analyst (M/F/X)

Your missions:

• Contribute to the development and enhancement of the operational risk management framework (policies, methodologies, procedures, and risk indicators)


• Support the analysis and follow-up of operational incidents and the implementation of mitigating actions


• Maintain and further develop the operational risk event database within the GRC tool (HOPEX), ensuring data accuracy and reliability


• Contribute to data governance activities (data dictionary, documentation, data quality improvements)


• Analyse data structures and identify opportunities for improvement


• Support internal teams in the use of operational risk management tools


• Participate in the continuous improvement of GRC tools (testing, UAT, enhancement proposals)


• Contribute to the production of reports using Excel and Power BI


• Support the ICAAP process, including operational risk capital calculations and model improvements


• Act as a Business Objects expert (design, optimisation, troubleshooting, performance improvements)


• Identify and implement opportunities to automate and streamline reporting processes

Your profile:

• University degree in Economics, Finance, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field


• At least 3 years of relevant experience in operational risk, audit, internal control, or project management


• Strong expertise in SAP Business Objects (development)


• Good understanding of databases, data models, and SQL


• Proficiency in Power BI for reporting


• Basic knowledge of operational risk frameworks and best practices


• Very good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel


• Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines


• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate clearly and effectively


• Team player with good interpersonal skills


• Fluent in English and/or French with a good command of the other; additional EU languages are an asset
