Inside Sales Representative (M/F/X)

• Qualify and analyze incoming sales leads and business opportunities


• Contact prospects and existing clients by phone to develop and maintain the customer portfolio


• Update and maintain customer and commercial information in internal databases and CRM tools


• Support the Sales team with administrative and commercial tasks


• Contribute actively to achieving commercial objectives and business development targets

Your profile:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, customer service or a similar commercial role


• Strong communication and negotiation skills


• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)


• German and/or Luxembourgish would be considered an advantage


• Dynamic, proactive and business-oriented mindset


• Well-organized, autonomous and team player


• Good knowledge of MS Office tools
