Qualifications:
- A high school diploma is required; additional college coursework in accounting is preferred.
- Proficiency in standard filing procedures is essential.
- Comprehensive understanding of relevant accounts payable/general ledger systems and procedures, financial chart of accounts, and corporate protocols is necessary.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with a focus on precision.
- Methodical work approach with a commitment to achieving results.
- Effective communication and writing abilities.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Familiarity with E-billing platforms such is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Generate, monitor, and distribute monthly proforma invoices.
- Review proforma invoices, reconcile discrepancies, and execute client instructions accordingly.
- Collaborate with Billing Partners to review draft bills.
- Edit and dispatch approved bills promptly.
- Facilitate invoice submission through e-billing platforms.
