Your mission:
Support the Fund Auditor Transition program and ensure alignment with project milestones
Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings
Prepare project documentation, reports, and PowerPoint presentations
Assist in the implementation of digital audit tools
Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders, auditors, fund boards, and regulators
Monitor project progress, ensure deadlines are met, and escalate issues when needed
Maintain oversight across all impacted funds throughout the transition process
Your profile:
5+ years experience in asset management, audit, or fund accounting
Strong understanding of investment fund processes and regulatory requirements
Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
Excellent analytical mindset with high attention to detail
Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
Proactive, organised, able to work independently and within a team
Languages: English mandatory; French/Italian are an advantage
