Trainee in Testing Support (m/f/x)

For our department Back-Office within LuxairTours, we are looking for a (an):

Trainee in Testing Support (m/f/x)

Main duties:

• Participate in test planning and test case documentation in collaboration with the Customer Service Center team and project management
• Perform manual and automated tests to ensure the quality and reliability of digital payments on various sales platforms as well as the quality of support tools for the Customer Service Center team
• Document the results of tests conducted as well as encountered bugs
• Collaborate with the project management team and technical teams to identify, track and resolve bugs

Required profile:

Minimum required criteria

• Master's student - internship under agreement
• Good skills in written and verbal communication in English
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Attention to details
• Aptitude for problem analysis

Desired or to be acquired criteria

• Student in the field of computer science
• Basic knowledge of software testing methodologies

The ideal candidate

• Experience with automated testing tools
