Important Information before applying

The Luxair Pilot Cadet Program is set to begin in early 2025 and will take approximately 18 months to complete. It will be entirely pre-financed by Luxair, no upfront training investment is required from your side. Once you start flying in our Luxair cockpit, a portion of your salary will then be retained until a predetermined part of the training costs has been covered.

You will need to fulfill the following mandatory requirements at the beginning of training to be eligible for the program:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have successfully graduated from high school and be qualified for university entrance
• Have the unrestricted right to live and work in the European Union (EU)/European Free Trade Association (EFTA)
• Have a clear criminal record, including any driving-related offenses
• Ability to obtain a valid EASA class 1 medical
• Be able to speak English fluently
• Be between 157 and 193 cm
• Be able to swim
