Our job opportunity
Today, we are currently recruiting an IT Process & Documentation Officer.
Your responsibilities
*Your daily tasks
Evaluate current IT processes to identify inefficiencies and potential risks.
Collaborate with technical teams to map and document critical processes.
Draft and update policy documents, procedures, and manuals related to IT processes.
Ensure consistency and availability of documentation for all stakeholders.
Ensure IT processes comply with regulatory standards and norms (ISO, ITIL, GDPR, etc.).
Participate in IT audits and follow up on audit recommendations.
Propose improvements to IT processes to increase efficiency and reduce risks.
Design and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness.
Train and support IT teams and business users on new procedures and documentation.
Provide ongoing support for the proper application of documented processes.
Work closely with IT, security, legal, and compliance teams to ensure IT processes are aligned with business objectives and requirements.
Participate in the preparation of the department's budget

Participating in inclusion initiatives (e.g. Hidden Disabilities Sunflower project, for people with invisible disabilities).
Participating in the integration of new employees
Participating in waste sorting and energy saving through responsible behavior

The required profile
Studies / training
Master's degree in computer science, information systems management, or equivalent experience in a similar role.

Experience
3 years of experience in a similar role

Skills and knowledge required
*IT Tools
Mandatory:
Microsoft Office suite
*Languages
Mandatory:
French: fluent spoken and written (C1 minimum)
English: fluent spoken and written (C1 minimum)
*Know-how and interpersonal skills specific to the job
Good knowledge of ITIL, ISO 27001 or other similar standards.
*Other
Valid permanent B driving licence
