The Société de l'Aéroport de Luxembourg (lux-Airport) is the aerodrome operator responsible for the operation of the airport infrastructure. Our platform provides, among other things, direct flight services to more than 100 destinations via 16 airlines.

We have more than 350 employees, with different backgrounds and 19 nationalities.

Together we work daily to ensure the efficient operation of the airport and to provide a quality service to our passengers.

In order to continue to meet our commitments and to develop other projects, we are currently recruiting : a Commercial Manager Airline Relations.

The objective of the position is to join our Commercial Department, in order to develop the network of the lux-Airport’s commercial aviation.

Your responsibilities

Your daily tasks

- Supporting the planning, development and execution of airport charges advisories

- Being responsible for Airport Charges facilitation, supporting internal and external stakeholders

- Ensuring the process development, SOP and WI management in collaboration with relevant stakeholders

- Setting up the know-how and distributing it among the team responsible for Airport Charges

- Managing the Airline community from commercial point of view (support, requirement handling, lead management) in collaboration with all stakeholders

- Capturing and analyzing relevant data to provide meaningful analytics and further valuable market insights

- Coordinating and participating in events/fares; coordinating special internal/external requests, on a logistic and content point of view

- Initiating the airline promotions in collaboration with stakeholders

- Being in charge of Airline development

Your other missions

- Organizing lux-Airport’s commercial aviation network/knowledge

- Supporting in the budget preparation and ensuring the budget follow-up

- Leading and participating in project work

- Participating in the integration of new employees

The required profile

Studies / training :

Master’s degree and relevant experience in a similar position

Experience :

3-5 years’ proven successful experience in an equivalent position

Skills and knowledge required:

- Microsoft Office Suite

Nice to Have:

- Project management tools

Languages :

Mandatory:

- English: fluent spoken and written;

- French and/or German: fluency in written and oral

Specific knowledge linked to the job:

- Knowledge of the airport /cargo environment

- Knowledge of project management

- Capacity of managing complex environment 

- Driving licence B
