As a Technical Lead – Integration Systems, you will be responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing integration platforms. You will ensure the stability, performance, and availability of middleware services while supporting teams in operations, continuous improvement, and automation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain integration and messaging platforms.
- Ensure system availability, performance, and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production incidents.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
- Document architectures, configurations, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with technical teams to define standards and best practices.
- Contribute to deployment and operations automation (CI/CD, scripts, pipelines).
- Support monitoring, testing, and disaster recovery activities.
Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in integration / middleware systems.
- Strong understanding of integration architectures and distributed systems.
- Good knowledge of Linux/Unix environments.
- Familiarity with data exchange protocols and formats: XML, JSON, SOAP, REST, JMS.
- Experience with middleware platforms / ESB / messaging brokers.
- Ability to work independently and provide technical leadership.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
