Our client is an international banking branch based in Luxembourg, reporting to senior management in London and operating in a highly multicultural environment (Europe, United States, South America).
As part of its development, the organization is seeking a Senior Personal Assistant / Office Coordinator to support the Managing Director and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the branch on a temporary basis (1 year, with a possibility of permanent contract and the end).
Your Responsibilities:
- Complex calendar management for the Managing Director
- Coordination of international travel arrangements
- Liaison with teams based in London and the United States
- Interaction with internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee office logistics and general services
- Manage relationships with external suppliers
- Organize internal and external events
- Welcome visitors and external stakeholders
- Ensure smooth administrative operations of the branch
Your Profile:
- Proven experience as a Senior PA / Executive Assistant / Office Manager, ideally within an international or banking environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- High level of autonomy and proactivity
- Ability to operate independently without close supervision
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent English (mandatory – working language)
- Fluent French (required for local supplier interactions)
