Senior Relationship Manager (m/f)
In this position, you will be part of the Relationship Management Department.
Key responsibilities:
Client relations
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients, understanding their needs
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues that arise
- Analyze client financial needs and objectives to recommend tailored financial solutions, products, and services
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement strategies that enhance client engagement and service delivery
- Run regular service review meetings and/or conference calls with the client and internal departments.
- Advise clients on sustainability and ESG best practices, helping them to integrate these principles into their operations and strategies
- Attend board meetings, take detailed minutes, and ensure accurate documentation of discussions and decisions
Operations coordinator
- Establish clear and consistent communication channels between client relations and operations teams
- Act as a central point of contact between different departments, facilitating communication and collaboration to achieve organizational goals
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of new projects (e.g. launch of new funds, liquidation, migration, etc.)
- Communicate project and service updates to stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and team members
- Develop and implement effective cross-selling strategies to introduce new services to clients
- Conduct regular consultations with clients to assess their current use of services and identify potential gaps that new services can fill
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of board meetings
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the fund industry. Prior experience with another Manco is an advantage
- Good knowledge of Luxembourg Investment Funds
- Strong understanding of sustainability and ESG principles, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with CRM software
- Fluent in English and in French
