Senior Legal Counsel Abgelaufen

For a highly confidential client operating in a regulated international environment, we are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join a legal team supporting diverse business activities across multiple jurisdictions.

Your Missions : 

• Provide pragmatic and strategic legal advice to business and support functions on a wide range of commercial, regulatory and governance matters

• Draft, review and negotiate a variety of agreements with clients, partners and service providers

• Support cross-border projects and regulatory initiatives

• Identify legal and regulatory risks and contribute to the design and implementation of mitigation measures

• Advise on the application of new laws, regulations and industry standards impacting the financial sector

• Coordinate and manage relationships with external law firms and advisors

• Participate in internal committees, working groups and decision-making forums, contributing legal expertise to business initiatives

Your Profile : 

• Fully qualified lawyer with a law degree

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in a regulated environment

• Strong analytical, organizational and drafting skills

• Ability to handle multiple priorities with autonomy

• Pragmatic, solution-oriented and business-minded approach

• Excellent communication skills with legal and non-legal stakeholders

• Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset
