We offer you the opportunity to join an asset manager with whom you will collaborate on a variety of tasks related to the "loan administrator role"

We are currently looking for a profile with a 1-2 years of experience in banks or investment field, and who would like to take on more responsibility as they grow within the structure.

Tasks:

  • This includes inputting, monitoring, and updating crucial data to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in asset reconciliation, overseeing cash flows, interests, and paydown activities

  • Your duties will also entail reviewing and updating interest revenues generated from our portfolio, as well as supervising portfolios managed by our service providers to guarantee accurate reconciliation
  • You will be tasked with obtaining essential loan documents, including tax compliance documentation, and resolving associated issues promptly
  • Ensuring data accuracy for the Portfolio team and facilitating liaison with custodians for audit confirmations will be among your core responsibilities
  • Participation and support ad-hoc projects with the dedicated teams (Trade closing, Accounting, Funds CFO and Portfolio Management)

Profile:

  • Possession of a Master's degree in accounting, economics, or finance
  • 1.5 to 2 years of relevant experience in an oversight or reconciliation role, preferably within Asset Management or Banking sectors, or a background in fund administration, depositary services, or fund accounting
  • Knowledge or prior exposure to Collateralized Loan Obligations, Corporate Loans, Syndicated Loans, or Distressed Loans is desirableµ
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in another European language is a plus
  • Strong team player with excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to meeting deadlines
