One of our clients, a leading international business law firm, is looking for an Associate with experience in investment funds.
Responsability :
- You will be in charge of advising clients on a variety of legal issues.
- You will manage and supervise Junior Associate and Associate.
- You will represent the Firm towards it's clients and the Fund Industry associations.
- You will participate in the Fund Practice group and the knowledge sharing through the firm.
- You will be actively involved in the Firm’s business development in Luxembourg and abroad.
- You will work closely with other departments and offices.
- We're a full-service law firm offering first-rate service to our clients, and you'll be contributing to our growth and goodwill.
Your profile :
- You have at least 8 years of experience in investment funds in Luxembourg.
- You are qualified in Luxembourg bar.
- You have minimum a Master 2 in Law.
- You have impeccable command of both oral and written English and French.
- You are solution-oriented, meticulous, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
- You have excellent communication, teamwork skills.
