To support the steady growth of their internal Compliance team, they are looking to recruit an experienced Senior KYC / AML Compliance Officer to act as a key technical reference for new client integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and sign off on the compliance and onboarding of the firm's most complex, sensitive, and high-risk client files.

• Act as the primary technical advisor and internal point of contact for partners and senior stakeholders on intricate onboarding matters.

• Actively review, optimize, and streamline internal client vetting processes and risk assessment methodologies.

• Provide mentorship, guidance, and technical support to junior members of the compliance team.

• Stay ahead of regulatory changes (CSSF, AED, Barreau) and ensure internal policies are perfectly aligned.

Profile Required

• Experience: 5 to 6 years of solid experience in AML/KYC compliance, ideally gained within a law firm, a Big 4, or a premium corporate services environment (PSF).

• Expertise: Deep knowledge of Luxembourg and international AML/CFT regulations, with a proven track record of handling highly complex corporate structures (Funds, trusts, holding companies).

• Languages: Fluent in English. Proficiency in French or other European languages is highly appreciated.

• Skills: Exceptional leadership, strong synthesis skills, and the diplomacy required to advise senior partners.
