One of our client, an international business law firm is searching a new Associate Corporate and M&A.
Responsability :
- Collaborate on diverse, high-level Corporate and M&A cases independently.
- Assist clients on large national and international projects.
- Manage transactions.
Your profile :
- At least 4 years as an Associate Corporate.
- Member of a European bar (preferably Luxembourg bar).
- Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken). German would be a plus.
