Nicotine Pouches Production Leader (m/f/x)
Hollerich - Luxembourg
In this position, you will lead daily production operations, coordinate teams and resources, and ensure the successful delivery of production targets while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate day-to-day nicotine pouches production activities.
- Organize production schedules and optimize the allocation of machines, materials, and workforce.
- Ensure production volumes are delivered on time, in line with quality requirements and operational objectives.
- Supervise and support operators, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Drive employee development through onboarding, coaching, training, and skills enhancement initiatives.
- Monitor performance indicators and implement actions to improve productivity, efficiency, and operational performance.
- Promote and maintain high standards of Health & Safety, quality, and shop-floor discipline.
- Collaborate closely with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, Human Resources, and Continuous Improvement teams.
- Support problem-solving activities and contribute to process optimization and operational excellence initiatives.
- Ensure clear communication of priorities, operational updates, and best practices across the production team.
Your Profile:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production leadership role.
- Strong understanding of production planning, operational workflows, and team management.
- Experience working in a highly regulated industrial environment is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems is advantageous.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Continuous improvement mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
