other nicotine products such as nicotine pouches). Within a dynamic environment towards more

To support our current growth, we are looking for a :
Group PMO (Project Management Officer) (m/f/x)
Hollerich - Luxembourg
In this position, you will be responsible for establishing, coordinating, and continuously improving the
Group project, program, and portfolio management framework. The role provides governance,
standards, transparency, reporting, prioritization support, and delivery assurance across strategic
initiatives, ensuring that projects are aligned with Group objectives, resources are used effectively,
risks are escalated appropriately, and executive decisions are supported by reliable information.
Your Responsibilities:
• Define, maintain, and improve the Group PMO framework, including project governance,
methodologies, templates, standards, tools, and reporting practices.
• Support the prioritization, selection, and monitoring of Group projects and programs in line
with strategic objectives, business value, capacity, and risk profile.
• Provide portfolio-wide visibility on project status, milestones, resources, budgets, risks,
dependencies, issues, and benefits realization.
• Prepare consolidated executive dashboards, portfolio reports, steering committee materials,
decision papers, and escalation summaries.
• Coordinate governance bodies and project review cycles, ensuring clear decision-making,
action follow-up, and timely escalation of critical topics.
• Support project and program managers with planning discipline, delivery methodology, risk
management, dependency management, and issue resolution processes.
• Monitor portfolio performance and challenge inconsistencies, gaps, delays, budget
deviations, or unclear ownership across initiatives.
• Promote consistent project management practices, continuous improvement, simplification,
and standardization across the Group.
• Facilitate alignment between business units, functions, and local entities to ensure
coordinated execution of Group priorities.
• Develop internal PMO capabilities, knowledge sharing, project management maturity, and
best practices across the organization.
Your Profile:
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering, Project
Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, program coordination, portfolio
management, PMO, business transformation, consulting, or a related role.
• Proven experience in establishing or operating PMO frameworks in an international, multi
function, or multi-entity environment.
• Strong understanding of project governance, portfolio reporting, planning, budgeting, risk
management, resource management, and benefits tracking.
• Experience preparing executive-level reporting and supporting steering committees or senior
management decision-making.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI, PRINCE2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, PgMP, PfMP, or
equivalent are considered an advantage.
• Fluent English is required, additional languages relevant to the Group’s footprint are an
asset.
