Job Description

We are seeking an Audit Manager 

Our Real Estate Audit department is offering you new challenges to develop your expertise in the audit of real estate funds with assets located for the most part throughout Europe, become experts in the application of IFRS and local GAAP and consolidations. Seize the opportunity to increase your skills, grow and develop yourself. 

What you will be working on

- Provide audit services to a variety of real estate clients, both local and international; 

- Have the opportunity to develop your skills in IFRS, local GAAP and consolidations; 

- Assist the management during the cycle of your assignments; 

- Be in charge of young and multicultural audit teams; 

- Coordinate, coach and develop less experienced colleagues; 

- Build and maintain a network of business contacts, with a focus on client relationships. 

What we look for

- Holds a degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing or is ACCA or CPA qualified; 

- Gained a professional experience of 6 or more years in external audit, ideally in commercial entities, real estate, investment properties, private equity or alternative funds, preferably with exposure to IFRS; 

- knowledge of US GAAS/GAAP is an advantage;

- Native English speaker mandatory, fluency in French or German is a plus.
