Tax Compliance Manager
Location: Luxembourg

Kepler Search is currently supporting a very well established financial institution in Luxembourg in their search for a Tax Compliance manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for tax obligations, improving tax efficiency and minimising risks.
Some of the responsibilities include:
- Handle a client portfolio and supervise the end-to-end process of direct tax return preparation, review, and submission in line with local regulations.
- Maintain precision in tax reporting and documentation.
- Interpret tax regulations to uncover potential efficiencies and planning opportunities.
- Liaise with tax authorities during audits, inquiries, and compliance reviews.
- Guide and support junior team members in their professional development.
- Identify and manage tax-related risks affecting the organization.
Skills Required:
- Background in a Big Four accounting or consulting firm, within the last 2 years.
- Minimum of 6 years experience working within Tax Compliance
- Ability to work within a team and also work independently
- Strong command of spoken and written English, any other language would be considered an asset
Requirements:
- Authorized to work in Luxembourg
- 6+ years of work experience with Tax Compliance
