Kepler Search are currently supporting a leading financial institution in Luxembourg who are looking for Business System Analyst to join their team. This role will focus on supporting fund administration systems, managing interfaces, translating business requirements into technical solutions and ensuring effective testing and delivery of system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the day-to-day maintenance and enhancement of fund administration systems, including Fund Accounting and Transfer Agency functions.
• Manage and support interfaces between internal platforms and external systems.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into clear specifications for development teams.
• Collaborate with developers and technical teams to deliver system changes and improvements.
• Use SQL to analyse data, validate transactions and support investigation of system issues.
• Perform interface testing in Linux environments, including reviewing logs, executing scripts and troubleshooting issues.
• Create and execute test cases covering functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Validate SWIFT MT and ISO 20022 MX messages, including message formats, mappings and processing flows.
• Support SIT and UAT activities, ensuring solutions meet business requirements before release.
• Assist with production issue analysis, root cause investigation and resolution coordination.
• Maintain functional documentation, interface specifications and testing materials.
• Work closely with business, operations and technology teams to improve processes and system reliability.

Key Skills Required:

• Experience working with fund administration systems, with a strong understanding of Fund Accounting and Transfer Agency processes.
• Knowledge of SWIFT MT and ISO 20022 MX messaging standards.
• Previous experience supporting system interfaces within a financial services environment.
• Ability to understand business needs and convert them into technical requirements.
• Good SQL skills for data analysis and validation.
• Experience working with Linux/Unix environments.
• Strong experience in system testing, including test case creation and execution
