Business Analyst - Risk
Employment Type: Contract

Location: Luxembourg Onsite
Kepler Search has partnered with a leading financial services company in Luxembourg who are hiring for business analyst specialised in risk. As a consultant, you will work on the transition of the risk and accounting system to a new platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse risks and impacts associated with the accounting system transformation project.
- Define and document business requirements (EdB) for Credit and Market Risk teams to support IT development of new tools.
- Monitor IT deliverables against workshop outputs, ensuring effective follow-up and progress tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
- Adapt and implement UDA controls developed by the business using technologies such as SAS, VBA, and Java.
- Plan and execute IT testing, including validation of developed solutions.
- Support risk management activities related to changes in the accounting system.
- Facilitate training sessions for CRM system users and process teams.
- Execute control activities and deliver accurate production and regulatory reporting.
Skills Required:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working on similar transformation or system change projects.
- Experience within financial services, preferably in risk environments.
- Strong IT development experience using SAS, VBA, and Access, particularly for UDA management.
- Proven experience creating functional user stories and successfully executed test cases.
- Fluent French is required; additional languages are considered an asset.
