Our client is seeking an experienced AML/KYC Analyst to join a dynamic financial services team. In this role, you will support client due diligence, compliance reviews, audit and remediation activities, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure regulatory requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyse KYC files as part of client due diligence, audits and data migration projects.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness and quality of AML/KYC documentation and client information.
• Perform tasks in accordance with internal policies, regulatory requirements and established procedures.
• Complete assigned AML/KYC reviews and ensure timely execution of all activities.
• Identify issues, risks and process gaps, recommending practical solutions where appropriate.
• Prepare, review and maintain compliance documentation, due diligence reports and project records.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding KYC and compliance-related matters.
• Review and assess client documentation and operational procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.

Skills Required:

• 3–5 years of experience in AML, KYC, Compliance, or Financial Crime.
• Strong understanding of AML/CTF regulations and financial crime risks within the financial services or professional services sector.
• Experience conducting Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), sanctions screening and ongoing monitoring.
• Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and apply them effectively.
• Fluency in English.
