We're looking for an experienced SAP Fielglass consultant to lead an implementation!
Key Responsibilities:
Implementation & Configuration:
- Lead full-cycle SAP Fieldglass implementation including configuration, testing, and deployment
- Configure job posting templates, worker administration objects, and contingent types
- Set up Vendor Management System (VMS) processes for contingent labour, contractors, and SOW engagements
- Implement integration connectors with SAP ERP HCM and ECC
Process Design & Optimization:
- Design and implement the procure-to-pay process for contingent workforce management
- Configure sourcing, engagement, management, and payment workflows with compliance controls
- Automate work orders, timesheets, expenses, approvals, and payments
- Implement background checks, access controls, and compliance monitoring
System Integration:
- Configure standard connectors to interface with SAP ERP HCM and ECC
- Set up data flows for vendor information, cost centers, task codes, and billing rates
- Implement single sign-on (SSO) and electronic signature capabilities
Training & Support:
- Develop and deliver training programs for managers, procurement teams, and administrators
- Create user documentation and process guides
- Provide post-implementation support and optimization recommendations
Required Qualifications :
- Hands-on experience on SAP Fieldglass implementation experience
- Strong knowledge of VMS and contingent workforce processes
- Experience with SAP ERP HCM and/or SuccessFactors integration
- Proficiency in configuring Fieldglass connectors and data interfaces
- Understanding of procurement processes and service entry sheets
