Our client, a prestigious law firm, is looking for an Administrative Assistant who speaks English and French fluently. German is considered as a plus. This is a permanent contract and a full-time position.
The successful candidate manages day to day secretarial support for the team, deals with files (opening, follow-up on KYC documents, preparation of standard documents & invoicing) and assists on closings (RCS documents, compilation of execution versions, sending out originals). He maintains databases up to date, creates & reviews documents/presentations.
The successful candidate has at least 2 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in a law firm, as well as a secretarial degree.
He is fluent in English and French. If the candidate speaks German, it is considered as an asset.
The candidate has excellent knowledge of office tools, is detail-oriented, organised, rigorous, team player and proactive and has an excellent presentation and professional approach.
