Main responsibilities
Assist the accounting team in various accounting and administrative tasks:
- Bookkeeping, reconciliation of accounts, maintaining supporting calculation schedules,
- Compilation of Financial Statements;
- Organisation of files, assisting with corporate secretarial tasks and collation of documents;
- Growing towards owning a client portfolio and developing relationships with clients.
Main requirements
- Studies completed in Finance or Accountancy field;
- 0-1 years’ experience in a fiduciary or a financial services organisation;
- Fluent in English and French;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly, MS Excel);
- Organisation skills, attention to details, and ownership of tasks;
- Team spirit and ability to work across diverse organisations and teams.
