Grant Thornton Luxembourg is currently seeking an Internal Accounting Junior to start ASAP.

Main responsibilities
- Prepare, control and file invoices sent to our clients;
- Assistance for invoices recovery and debt collection.
- Administrative tasks (filing and follow up of accounting documents…);
- Miscellaneous accounting tasks (Verification and booking of expense reports and credit card statements…)
Main requirements
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance;
- From 0-2 years’ experience in a similar function or in an invoicing department;
- Fluent in French and English, German is considered an asset;
- Work well with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel);
- Experience in the use of an invoicing/accounting software;
- Experience in the use of SAP or another management system;
- Ability to communicate in a clear, structured and effective manner;
- Your inter-personal skills enable you to manage priorities and deadlines;
- You are well organised and pay attention to details.
