Lending Operations Specialist (M/F)

Our client is seeking a Lending Operations Specialist (M/F) for a 12-month interim assignment to support the day-to-day activities of its Lending team.

Your tasks:

• Contribute to internal and external reporting activities and help maintain, streamline and enhance lending processes and control frameworks.

· Support the management of the loan portfolio and related transactions: perform loan bookings, process interest and fee invoicing, and keep internal records and databases up to date.

• Contribute to crisis preparedness work and/or take part in country teams responsible for monitoring risks.
• Assist with the ongoing administration of loans, including managing events such as waivers and amendments, and monitoring contractual rights vis-à-vis loan beneficiaries.

Profile:

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in lending transactions/operations/loan administration.
• Solid understanding of lending products and loan documentation, including key operational and transactional terms.
• Strong Excel skills with proven experience in data analysis and data management; exposure to Python and DAX (Power BI) is a plus.
• Familiarity with procedures for administering, controlling and monitoring lending operations is an advantage.
• Knowledge of financial modelling and credit risk monitoring is considered an asset.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
