The workplace can be either in Munsbach (Luxembourg) or at our Brussels location.

You will be responsible for the project management of AV systems from the concept/design phase and AV system integrator tendering phase, through the installation and commissioning phase, to the handover/transition phase, including but not limited to the following tasks:

• Defining the scope of the AV project with the client
• Developing AV concepts and system design for audio, video, conferencing and control technology
• Coordination and management of project realisation
• Consultation and communication with clients and other specialist planners, e.g. through workshops, planning meetings, etc.
• Vendor management and on-site coordination with other trades
• Review third party deliverables, report to client, manage interfaces and ensure technical sign-off and project handover

• Successfully completed university degree in (AV) engineering or at least 3 years of practical hands-on experience in AV project management
• Understanding of AV-consultancy and building project workflows
• AutoCAD experience preferred but not required
• CTS or PRINCE² certification is a plus
• Pragmatic hands-on mentality, proficiency in problem solving and being proactive and bringing in your ideas
• Fluency in French and English is a must; German, Luxembourgish and/or Dutch are an added value
