Working as a Talent acquisitions trainee, you will assist our Recruitment Team to attract the right talent and the right time and help our company to excel every day. Duration: 6 Months ideally – Start September 2024 on a full time basis (ideally).

Your next challenge

  • Be the first point of contact for our candidates’ and professionals’ queries via phone or email providing high quality advice and guidance.
  • Provide a client focused experience through the timely and accurate management of recruitment processes, such as: interview scheduling, contract preparation, recruitment events coordination.
  • Ensure all interview scheduling actions are organised accurately and in time.
  • Participate in elaboration of internal HR communications.
  • Contribute to innovation and digitalization projects and initiatives within Talent Acquisitions Team.
