• Proven experience as a Strategy Consultant or similar role, with focus on client engagement.
• Excellent understanding of business strategy, process improvement, and client relationship management.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients.
• Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and business software.
• Ability to travel as needed.
