Unified Communication Expert (m/f/n)


Your tasks 

 

  • You install, deploy, and manage UC-related technology solutions 
  • You are responsible for the creation and the implementation of UC projects, including interfacing collaboration solutions (e.g. Cisco and Microsoft) 
  • You are responsible for, write and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures associated with the UC solutions deployed 
  • You monitor the deployed UC solutions, as well as the associated contracts and licences 
  • You support and work closely with all other Creos IT departments 
  • You standardise and implement automations to allow delegation of activities to better serve users 
  • You support internal business teams in their evolving needs, and make proposals towards improving the user experience of the solutions you manage 
  • You participate in the design and the improvement of the technology infrastructure in collaboration with Creos IT teams regarding their strategies, needs and requirements 
  • You are actively involved in IT on-call duty, and BCP and DRP organization 
  • You work closely on keeping architecture and SLA knowledge up to date 
  • You set up an efficient incident management and problem solving on the technology 


Your profile


  • University Degree, or equivalent, in Information Technology, Computer Sciences or other related field 
  • Proven experience of minimum 5 years in a similar function 
  • In-depth knowledge of ISDN and SIP protocols, Cisco UC solutions, voice gateways, voice recording (ASC NEO, Verint Verba), interconnection between PSTN and internal voice networks, and call centers (UCCX, IVR, PeterConnects) are essential 
  • You have working knowledge of technologies and architectures: 
  • Networking (Routing & switching, voice routing, VLANs)
  • Corporate iPhone/iPad deployment and management via MDM 
  • Collaboration (WebEx Team, Office 365) 
  • UC delegation and reporting tools (Agile, Analytics), Fax, IP Trade
  • Skills pertaining to cloud solutions, project management, ITIL, Intune MDM, and Centreon will be considered a strong advantage 
  • You are results oriented, user oriented, and resistant to stress 
  • Active certifications pertaining to the technologies listed above, including ITL foundation certification, are an advantage 
  • You are proactive, curious, flexible and you collaborate with others to solve incidents 
  • You have highly effective verbal and written communication skills in French and English. The knowledge of German and/or Luxembourgish is considered an asset
