Lead Developer and Solutions Architect (m/f/n)
Your tasks
- You develop new applications and enhance existing ones using cutting-edge technologies
- You work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend applications
- You oversee development design and technology integration, collaborating with the architecture team
- You facilitate dialogue between stakeholders to align business needs with IT constraints
- You build and align IT solutions with business needs, strategy, governance, architecture, and IT security
- You ensure compliance with governance and security rules, managing access and authorizations meticulously
- You maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and workflows
- You ensure that a robust test harness is maintained to ensure the quality, reliability, and continuous integration of developments
- You define and implement applications evolution roadmaps, improving IT solutions progressively in alignment with reference architecture
Your profile
- You hold a master’s degree in information technology/ computer sciences or equivalent
- Proficient in backend application development with exposure to cloud and on-premises services
- Expertise in Java and Spring/Spring Boot
- Knowledge of JavaScript, Typescript, Python, SQL, Kafka
- You are familiar with DevOps procedures and Kubernetes deployment
- You have strong analytical skills with an autonomous, organized, and proactive approach
- You are able to interact with business stakeholders to understand and translate requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, thriving in a collaborative environment
- At least 5 years in a similar role, with experience in designing functional maps, application architecture, and evaluating IT solutions
- Proficient in English, with additional knowledge of French, German, and/or Luxembourgish being a plus
