Your tasks
- You design and maintain coherent, secure and scalable IT solutions aligned with business needs, corporate strategy and architectural standards
- You define and drive solution roadmaps to continuously enhance IT capabilities and ensure alignment with the target architecture
- You act as a bridge between business and IT stakeholders, facilitating dialogue and ensuring a common understanding of requirements, constraints and priorities
- You coordinate, review and validate solution designs across projects, ensuring compliance with enterprise architecture principles and governance standards
- You promote the adoption of end-to-end solutions and support project teams throughout the entire solution lifecycle, from design to implementation
- You monitor technology trends and innovations, providing recommendations to continuously improve the company's IT landscape
Your profile
- You hold a master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally as Solution Architect, IT Architect, Senior Software Engineer or in a comparable role
- You have proven experience with SAP and non-SAP enterprise landscapes, data architecture, data flows, master data, and integration patterns.
- You have proven experience in designing and implementing complex IT solutions within a multi-stakeholder environment.
- You possess a strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, IT governance and IT security concepts.
- You demonstrate excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- You can bridge business requirements and technical constraints while maintaining a strategic vision.
- You have a good understanding of the Utilities Industry, including energy markets, grid operations, digitalisation, and regulation.
- You are proactive, structured and solution-oriented, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Proficient in English, with additional knowledge in German, French and/or Luxembourgish being a plus
